FAQs

  • All variants of our advising options will have different fixed rates. Averaging between $20 - $45 per hour. We are more than happy to discuss and work around your budget.

    1. We’ll schedule a consultation to get a better understanding of exactly what you’re looking for and if IMM can provide.

    2. Your Design Advisor will get started with your design/ campaign/ copy.

    3. In the meantime, if longer than 3 days, we’ll keep in touch and let you know what milestones we’ve crossed.

    4. Once complete, we’ll set up a final consultation. This is when you’ll have the opportunity to overlook anything and get any adjustments done.

    5. We’ll send over your designs and even assist with setting these designs up if need be! (For email campaigns, ad creation, etc.)

    6. With IMM, you’ll now have loyalty! From here on out, all rates will be adjusted for your next project with us.

  • No problem what so ever! We’ll either work with you further to get you your most ideal result or you can cancel the service entirely. Regardless, before you pay for any of our services, there will be a final consultation to tie things up.

  • All payments would be due after the final consultation. Meaning you get to review your finished product prior to any payment.

  • You will have direct contact with your advisor once a form has been submitted.

  • Simply complete the form within the page of your desired IMM service and we’ll get back to you within 24 - 48 hours.
